Webinar Recording: Bridging Generational Divides

In this session, we covered the challenges and opportunities of a multigenerational workforce. We highlight changing talent pools and demographics, the benefits of a multigenerational workplace, differences across generations, mental health and wellness in the workplace, challenges in supporting a multigenerational workplace, and strategies to support the way forward (addressing biases, supporting flexibility, communication styles, and more). 

Objectives:

  • Provide learners with an understanding of the importance of supporting a multigenerational workforce/workplace
  • Promote an understanding of common challenges as well as strategies for change for supporting people of all ages through inclusive communication, flexibility, and challenging biases
