One way that tourism and hospitality employers can stand out&nbsp;from the competition is by ensuring that their recruitment and onboarding practices, processes and policies are psychologically safe &#8211; where candidates can share their story and true self without fear of reprisal or negative consequences. Having these in place may also make the difference between whether a skilled candidate accepts the job &#8211; and remains employed with your business &#8211; or not.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"wp-classic\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"wp-core-heading\"><div class=\"container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tools for Tourism and Hospitality Employers<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"wp-classic\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"wp-core-paragraph\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The following resources can help employers consider their current recruitment and new employee onboarding processes through the lens of workplace psychological health and safety.
