What is BounceBack®?

We know that more people than ever are experiencing stress, low mood, depression, worry, or anxiety. You might not be sure where to start when it comes to feeling better. Or maybe these feelings are not new, but your usual self-care strategies, such as spending time with loved ones, getting adequate sleep or exercising, are not working for you due to a change in your life.

BounceBack is a free skill-building program delivered online or over the phone with a coach. When you register for BounceBack, you’ll get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
