About the presenter:
Beata Chami is an Organizational Psychologist, executive coach, mediator, and researcher dedicated to helping organizations build psychologically safe and high-performing workplace cultures. Her work bridges organizational development and dispute engagement, applying a person-centred approach that combines de-escalation, coaching, and facilitation to strengthen collaboration and inspire sustainable behavioural change.
With experience across the hospitality, healthcare, municipal, and post-secondary sectors, Beata brings a nuanced, cross-sector perspective to her practice. She integrates evidence-based storytelling and leadership communication strategies to capture attention and translate insight into action. Grounded in principles of psychological safety, equity-informed leadership, and proactive conflict prevention, Beata’s passion lies in creating environments where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to thrive, both individually and collectively.
Moderator: With a background in events, and people operations, Leteasha Cavalli brings many years of experience in the music industry, from managing live events and festivals to supporting artists and teams behind the scenes. She has created full health and safety programs—earning recognition with a Health & Safety Ambassador Award from Actsafe—and led initiatives to strengthen workplace culture. Passionate about delivering impactful experiences, she combines creativity, industry knowledge, and organizational precision to make a lasting impact both on and off the stage.
