Actsafe
Actsafe Safety Association is a not-for-profit organization with a vision of British Columbia having the safest and healthiest arts and entertainment workplaces in the world.
Since 1998, Actsafe has been preventing workplace injury, illness and death by providing world-class occupational health, safety and well-being programs and services to the employers, supervisors and workers in the BC motion picture, performing arts and live events industries. Actsafe offers industry-specific training, resources, advice, campaigns, e-newsletters, e-magazines and events, including a biennial conference and awards gala
Together with People Working Well, Actsafe is transforming workplace well-being in arts and entertainment through mental health training, articles, tips and videos. Created specifically for the unique workplace realities of the industry, these resources are designed to support learning, spark meaningful conversations, and encourage practical action in workplaces of all sizes.

CSSHSA
The Community Social Services Health and Safety Association of BC (CSSHSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces across BC’s community social services sector. CSSHSA provides workplace health and safety support to over 2,100 member organizations, including community living, residential social services, Indigenous services, and other community-based supports. These organizations fall within three WorkSafeBC classification units (766007, 766010, and 766017).
CSSHSA’s interconnected values of engagement, reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and prevention guide its work and shape its partnerships with leaders, employees, and communities. These values also inform its commitment to integrating Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and leading.
Through its health and safety advisors, education and training team, Learning Centre, and practical resources, CSSHSA supports organizations in their journey to strengthen health, safety and well-being practices while fostering healthier workplace culture across the sector.
CSSHSA is proud to partner with People Working Well to offer accessible resources to those who support our communities. Through this partnership, workers have access to mental health training, safety huddles, peer support, articles, videos, and practical tools designed to address the unique challenges and rewards of the community social services work. Together, we are committed to helping organizations create workplaces where people can thrive.

go2HR is the human resources and health and safety association for BC’s tourism and hospitality industry. go2HR exists to drive strong workforces and safe workplaces that deliver world-class tourism and hospitality experiences in BC.
go2HR empowers and equips employers with complete human resources and health and safety management programs designed to support strong business performance. They offer tools, information, training and consulting services to elevate employers’ human resources and health and safety practices.
In partnership with People Working Well, go2HR has created a comprehensive suite of mental health and wellness resources specifically for the tourism and hospitality industry. These include mental health training, safety talks, Indigenous Learning Circles, articles, tips and videos. These resources are people-centred, industry-focused, and reflect our shared commitment to the psychological health and safety of front-line employees, supervisors, managers, and senior leaders.
