Ron Beleno is a Canadian caregiver advocate, innovator, and speaker dedicated to advancing aging and dementia care through technology and community collaboration. An award-winning leader recognized nationally for his work in caregiving and innovation, he advises organizations such as the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence, Healthcare Excellence Canada, the Canadian Medical Association, and AGE-WELL. Drawing on his lived experience as a family caregiver to his father with dementia, Ron helps bridge innovation and compassion to create safer, more inclusive care environments.
