Geoff Moffett is a Workplace Mental Health Facilitator with the Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division – Victoria Office. He is dedicated to eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health, recognizing it as an essential aspect of everyone’s well-being.
Geoff’s professional journey has spanned various sectors, where he has witnessed firsthand the critical role of mental wellness in achieving success. He has held multiple positions working with traditionally marginalized populations, and has experience within government, non-profit, unionized, and private industries. Drawing from his own lived experience, Geoff fosters a supportive environment for open discussions on mental health.
In addition to his work in mental health, Geoff is an award-winning basketball coach with over 20 years of coaching experience at both the high school and community levels. He also runs a youth basketball program in Victoria, further demonstrating his commitment to community engagement and development.
