Beata Chami is an Organizational Psychologist, executive coach, mediator, and researcher dedicated to helping organizations build psychologically safe and high-performing workplace cultures. Her work bridges organizational development and dispute engagement, applying a person-centred approach that combines de-escalation, coaching, and facilitation to strengthen collaboration and inspire sustainable behavioural change.

With experience across the hospitality, healthcare, municipal, and post-secondary sectors, Beata brings a nuanced, cross-sector perspective to her practice.
