A diverse group of coworkers having a lively, casual conversation in the office

Healthy workplaces do more than foster individual resilience – they ensure systems and policies promote healthy work relationships and environments. Psychological health and safety is about building workplaces that protect and support mental health for all, and everyone has a role to play.

Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division (CMHA BC) offers a suite of training and workshops to equip employees, managers, and organizations with the skills, knowledge, and inspiration to advance psychological health and safety in their workplace. All offerings can be delivered in-person or virtually across BC.

  • Introduction to Psychological Health and Safety Workshop – Learn about the role each of us plays in promoting and protecting the mental health of our colleagues.
  • Psychological Health and Safety Supporter Training – Learn how to recognize key factors, risks and opportunities to advance psychological health, and safety in your workplace.
  • Psychological Health and Safety Navigator Training – Learn proven approaches and strategies as we take you through the steps of developing and implementing a comprehensive Psychological Health and Safety Management System.

Sign up for an upcoming training opportunity on the CMHA BC website, or reach out to workplaces@cmha.bc.ca with your name, city, and type of training you are interested in bringing to your workplace for pricing and booking information.
