CMHA BC Workplace Mental Health Workshops

The Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division (CMHA BC) recognizes that every workplace is unique. We are dedicated to collaborating with employers and organizations to develop and deliver strategies, resources, and training that support and promote mental health for all.

We offer customised consultation, workshops, and training to support mental health in your workplace including:
- Mental Health Awareness – Build skills for personal resilience, talking about mental health, and supporting co-workers who may be experiencing poor mental health.
- Preventing and Addressing Burnout – Learn how to avoid burnout and psychological harm, recognize signs of burnout, and support yourself and others.
- Responding with Respect: Workplace Mental Health Skills for Managers – Reduce the impact of mental health challenges by equipping managers and supervisors with skills to support their staff effectively.
- Lunch and Learns – We offer bite-sized learnings on a range of topics including Emotional Intelligence, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Introduction to Psychological Health and Safety, How to Have the Conversation If Someone is Struggling, Tips for Those on the Front Lines, Awareness, Resiliency, Compassion Fatigue and Responding to Crisis at Work.
