Mental Health and Psychological Safety Consultant for Community Social Services

Have questions, need encouragement, or want more information? That’s where Mental Health and Psychological Safety Consultants come in!

Mental Health and Psychological Safety Consultants bring knowledge and experience in your sector, and workplace psychological health and safety, so they can provide guidance and support throughout your learning journey. It’s a free service offered in partnership with the Community Social Services Health & Safety Association of BC.

Our consultants do not provide counselling. They can, however, help you find resources for yourself, your team, or your organization to build a safe and healthy workplace culture. They can answer questions about training content, make connections to sector-specific services and expertise, and provide more opportunities for engagement and professional development.
